There is something so yummy about these sketch books! I have fallen in love with them and have several different sizes. I love the way the cream colored pages feel, and the colors on the spine help me find the one I want at the moment. You can decorate the sketch books’ gorgeous front cover which is sort of like a thick natural, neutral colored cardboard, which takes media nicely. Enjoy!!

I adore Diane's style which is born from her love of doodling. She shows you how to grow a small doodle into a luscious large painting and so much more, plus she is as charming as she is talented! A gem!!

I am a super fan of these Woody water soluble crayons. These yummy fella's are so much fun to use because they are chunky easy to draw with and even more fun when you brush them with a little bit of water.

Isn't it great when you love an art supply that is super affordable? YES!! These soft and happy colors always make me smile! I reach for this set anytime I want to play with watercolors, which is quite often! :)

I also use a scraper tool to make sure the paper will stay flat by getting the excess medium out from underneath and it smooths things down perfectly! A go to art supply in my studio.

Another great tool that is fantastic for moving paint around as you create your layers is a soft rubber brayer. It's great the way it picks up paint and rolls color on top of color. You can't ever have enough art supplies!! A favorite item in the studio for me is soft pastels. OH!! ADORE!! I have several favorites from super fancy to more affordable. It's great to have several different brands so you can mix and match!
